Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks an Assistant Director to lead Payment Integrity policy and implementation across multiple sites.

You will direct reimbursement policy, coding disputes, and ideation initiatives while coordinating enterprise-wide policy development with legal, compliance, and finance teams. You will oversee budget planning, change management, and KPI-driven governance, guiding data infrastructure upgrades and vendor partnerships to optimize payment integrity and provider

Qualifications

Masters degree in a health-related field required; additional public health or admin degree preferred.
Seven+ years of management or professional experience in a managed health care system or equivalent.
Strong policy, coding, and operational understanding with capability to lead policy initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution of reimbursement policy, coding disputes, and PI ideation initiatives.
Provide vision and leadership to budgets, workflows, and change management with cross-functional collaboration.
Direct the Reimbursement Policy Committee across legal, compliance, benefits, and finance stakeholders.
Oversee innovation teams to develop affordability initiatives and ensure timely policy updates.
Maintain program governance, identify risks, and communicate requirements to work streams.
