Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant Director Integrity Policy & Implementation to drive reimbursement policy, coding reviews, and Payment Integrity initiatives across our enterprise. You will guide budgets, policies, workflows, and change management to ensure compliance and strategic outcomes.

You will supervise data infrastructure work, engaging legal, finance, and clinical leaders while advancing innovation and policy adoption in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a health-related field required.
• Minimum seven years of management or professional business experience in a managed health care system or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of reimbursement policy and PI initiatives.
• Provide vision and leadership to budgets, policies, workflows, and change management.
• Oversee Reimbursement Policy Committee across enterprise stakeholders.
• Direct innovation teams to develop new affordability initiatives.
• Leverage knowledge of health plan operations to shape roadmaps.
• Maintain program governance and drive accountability across work streams.
• Direct data infrastructure enhancements and IT scoping for policy work.
