Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Resource Manager for its Architectural Department within the Data Center Performance Unit. You’ll optimize staffing, forecast resource needs, and support recruitment and onboarding to ensure efficient project delivery across a growing data center portfolio.

You’ll report to the Department Manager and work with Architectural Leadership, Sector Managers, Program Managers, and staff to align staffing with strategic objectives and project demand.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 7 years in architecture/operations/resource management
• Experience developing work plans and staffing
• Proficient scheduling, resourcing, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Track and report staff resourcing and utilization
• Lead staffing organization with sector managers
• Forecast staffing needs based on project pipeline
• Coordinate staffing with other departments
• Prepare recurring operational reports for leadership
• Manage onboarding and new hire processes
