TSK, part of MOREgroup, seeks an experienced Architectural Construction Administrator for our Henderson, NV office. The role combines leadership, client management, technical coordination, and construction administration to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and design standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong construction knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to proactively resolve issues while keeping projects on track.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Architecture or Construction industry.
• Civic project experience strongly preferred.
• Professional degree from an accredited architectural program and licensure preferred (Nevada license preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and processes.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications.
• Experience with construction documentation and site observations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the liaison between owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and OAC meetings to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with contract documents.
• Coordinate construction administration including RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment applications, and RFPs.
• Lead projects from pre-construction through completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and resolve construction issues and coordination conflicts.
• Prepare field observation reports and meeting minutes.
• Maintain organized project records and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with consultants and engineers to coordinate building, site, and structural solutions.
• Independently manage construction administration across multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Coordinate with project architects, project managers, and design teams to apply lessons learned.
