Job summary

TSK, a MOREgroup brand, seeks an experienced Architectural Construction Administrator to join our Henderson, NV office. This role combines project leadership, client management, technical coordination, and construction administration to deliver projects on schedule and within budget to high design standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong construction knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues while maintaining project momentum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Architecture or Construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and processes.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, payment applications, field observations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Conduct regular construction site visits and OAC meetings to observe progress and compliance with contract documents.
• Coordinate and oversee construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications.
• Lead and manage projects from pre-construction through completion, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and resolve construction issues and impacts to schedule or budget.
• Prepare field observation reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate updates to stakeholders.
