Job summary

MOREgroup seeks an experienced Architect/Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion, delivering design excellence and successful project outcomes. Qualifications

Professional degree from an accredited Architectural program is required.
10+ years of experience with at least 5 years leading projects and teams, budgets, and schedules.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, and demonstrated success in managing clients and key stakeholders.
Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
Competency with digital tools including Bluebeam, REVIT, and MS Office Suite.
Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams from development to execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest design and technical standards.
Review and approve design work, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality control and code compliance.
Develop and maintain clear construction documentation and specifications.
Supervise and mentor team members, including architects, designers, and technical staff.
Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders; manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
Manage project scope, contracts, budgets, and change orders in collaboration with firm leadership.
Stay current with building codes, industry trends, materials, and sustainability standards.
