Marketlab, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Finance team on a hybrid basis. You will handle payment applications for customers, including ACH/EFT, checks, wire transfers, and credit card payments, while managing the shared AR inbox and customer portals.

The role emphasizes accurate processing, timely resolution of inquiries, and applying credits for exemptions and erroneous charges, with day-one benefits and a collaborative work

Responsabilités

• Process ACH/EFT, checks, and wire payments.
• Process customer credit card payments.
• Complete customer forms and manage portals.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Create and apply customer credits for taxes and freight charges.
• Manage the shared AR email inbox and route emails for timely resolution.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager, AR/AP.
