Accuserve Solutions Inc seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage AR functions, cash applications, and customer inquiries. The role supports cross-functional teams, handles billing questions, and assists with audits in a collaborative environment.

The position is hybrid, based in our Denver, CO office, with occasional remote work. 2–3 years AR experience and proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite are preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–3 years in accounts receivable with experience in CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work overtime or flexible schedules during high volume periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Process daily cash applications and maintain AR accuracy.
• Enter financial data related to insurance estimates and billing.
• Follow up on aged balances and resolve billing discrepancies with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice disputes.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and support audits.
• Report AR issues to management and suggest solutions.
• Comply with company policies and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
