Qualifications

• Texas adjuster’s license or the equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of property adjusting experience.
• 2–3 years in accounts receivable; Salesforce & NetSuite a plus.
• Strong MS Excel (daily use).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process daily cash applications.
• Financial data entry related to insurance estimates.
• Follow up on aged balances and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice disputes.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
• Escalate issues affecting open receivables balances when needed.
• Partner with clients and vendors on sensitive matters requiring skilled resolution.
