Vantage Data Centers LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Accounting Operations team. This role covers full-cycle AR activities, billing, cash application, account reconciliation, and customer account management, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

You will maintain customer data, support month-end close, and collaborate with sales and operations. A degree in accounting and 2–5 years of experience, plus familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within a large finance organization.
• Ability to read and interpret complex contractual language and entity structures.
• Experience in data center, real estate, construction, or service industries preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Office 365; intermediate Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts receivable activities including billing, cash receipts, and reconciling customer and general ledger accounts.
• Process collections and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain customer accounts, tenant database and related documentation in real time.
• Support month-end close and aging analysis; prepare aging reports.
• Collaborate with Head of Enterprise Sales and Technical Coordinators to align commercial and financial operations.
