Qualifications

• 3–5 years of collections experience in healthcare settings is required.
• Experience with pharmacy or medical billing and accounts receivable preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Conduct collection calls and correspondence to reduce delinquent accounts.
• Ensure accurate responsible party information in patient accounting systems.
• Coordinate account adjustments and refunds; investigate discrepancies and resolve claims issues.
