University of Colorado Anschutz Innovations seeks an Engagement Operations Professional to support the post-execution billing lifecycle for faculty and provider consulting engagements. You will manage the CUI Consulting Billing inbox, verify billing information, and coordinate invoicing with vendors and internal teams.

• A bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited institution in business, finance, accounting, public administration, health administration, information systems, communications, or a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and shared electronic records or databases.
• Demonstrated experience managing detailed tasks, written communications, or administrative workflows with accuracy and timely follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and organize the CUI Consulting Billing inbox during working hours using established procedures and templates.
• Review submissions from faculty, providers, and administrators reporting hours or services and verify required billing information.
• Prepare, coordinate, or route billing requests and maintain records of status and next steps.
• Respond to routine questions regarding invoicing requirements, billing status, and payment timing using approved templates.
• Coordinate vendor setup communications with third parties and escalate nonstandard requests as needed.
• Maintain records across contracting and invoicing databases, including transferring agreements into the workflow.
• Develop desk procedures, templates, tracking tools, and FAQ resources for consistent service.
• Analyze recurring issues and data quality to recommend process improvements and transparency.
• Prepare basic activity summaries and operational metrics such as inquiry volume and aging items.
