Job summary

Sunrise Banks is seeking a capable IT Applications Support professional to implement, integrate, maintain and support applications across the Sunrise ecosystem. You will perform light integration work, develop queries, and address programmatic issues to ensure system usability.

The role requires collaboration with business lines, infrastructure teams and vendors, with on-call rotation and ITSM improvements. Local candidates within 90 miles of St. Paul, MN are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or business-related field, or relevant experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Application Support and Development experience.
• Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, workflow automation tools, and financial applications preferred.
• Some experience in .NET or equivalent programming language.
• Experience working in AGILE or equivalent methodology.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, integrate, maintain and support applications in Sunrise ecosystem.
• Resolve issues, perform root-cause analysis and propose improvements.
• Liaise between business users, infrastructure teams, vendors and end users.
• Develop queries/reports and address programmatic issues.
• Participate in ticket management and on-call rotation.
• Lead ITSM process improvement initiatives aligned with ITIL practices.
• Collaborate on ITSM solutions: workflow automation, API integrations, knowledge management.
