You will work directly with end users to understand needs and create scalable solutions in a hybrid environment.

The role offers a salary range of $62,000 to $85,000 plus benefits, with a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite) and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• MIS or Computer Science background with tech support internship or early-career experience
• Strong troubleshooting instincts, ability to dig into unfamiliar applications and figure things out independently
• Sharp, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Self-starter, take initiative without a defined roadmap
• Natural communicator who can work across technical and non-technical users

• Manage 10+ quality applications that currently have no owners or dedicated support
• Support users, troubleshoot issues, and build documentation from scratch
