Temple Health is seeking an Application Analyst to support and enhance TUHS applications, implement vendor releases, and fix system defects in a hybrid environment.

The role requires 40 hours per week, on-site three days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), with a mix of technical and functional analysis responsibilities. A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with at least two years in a related role.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Preferred
• 2 years experience in related role with proficient ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve complex problems
• General Experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language
• General Experience in Healthcare IT Preferred

Responsabilidades

• The Application Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing TUHS applications, including adding new features, testing vendor releases/system upgrades, and addressing system defects.
• Analyze the technical and functional aspects of the application, define system requirements, and develop logical data models.
• Educate cross-functional application teams and TUHS stakeholders on system functionality, adhere to change management procedures, and thoroughly document assigned applications.
• Communicate all application changes to internal department teams.
