Credit Union 1 seeks an Applications Engineer to assist the Applications Manager in implementing, administering, maintaining and supporting applications within a business unit portfolio, including integrations and risk controls. This role collaborates with business owners and IT teams to design solutions that meet standards for documentation and security.

Qualifications

At least 4 years experience in a technical, IT role.
Minimum 2 years experience working directly with business owners and leadership to identify business needs and solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes tied to technical responsibilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment.
Proven experience managing technical implementations/upgrades, including API integrations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT teams; mentor and track KPI achievement.
Build relationships with leadership, resources, owners, and vendors to leverage application functionality.
Assist in designing business processes that integrate with systems.
Serve as the highest level of technical support escalation for assigned applications.
Design solutions that streamline operations and automate key processes; adhere to change/version controls.
