Job summary

Credit Union 1 is seeking an Applications Engineer to assist in implementing, administering, maintaining, and supporting assigned applications within our IT portfolio. You will work closely with Business Owners to design solutions, escalate issues, and ensure compliance with our risk and change-management standards.

The role is open to a hybrid/remote schedule, with a salary range of $81,673 to $125,843 per year.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in a technical, IT role.
• Minimum 2 years experience working directly with business owners and leadership.
• Excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT professionals and mentor team members.
• Design business processes that integrate with our systems.
• Serve as highest escalation path and manage vendor support cases.
• Create and maintain documentation for administration and support of applications.
