Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and Dataverse.
- Proficient in workflow/configuration changes and data analytics.
- Strong documentation and SOP development abilities.
- Experience with software integrations and API usage.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teams on deployments and new system functionality.
- Provide escalated support and advanced troubleshooting.
- Implement configuration changes that are dependable and scalable.
- Lead cross‑departmental meetings on system issues and improvements.
- Identify low usage areas and recommend improvements.
- Own projects for maintenance, expansion, and discovery of systems.
