Job summary

O.C. Tanner is seeking an Applications Administrator to optimize business applications and workflows. You will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Notion, Confluence, Jira, and other platforms used by Client Success Teams to serve clients efficiently.

The role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, system configuration, and cross‑department collaboration. A strong background in data analytics, reporting, and API-based automation is required to drive scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Use software applications to solve business challenges through tool configuration and workflows.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for keeping applications running smoothly so teams can work efficiently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Notion, Confluence & Jira, Genesys, ChurnZero and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other teams on projects and deployment of new system functionality and troubleshooting.
• Provide support for escalated requests and advanced troubleshooting.
• Lead cross-departmental meetings to discuss system issues and improvement projects.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements across applications.
• Run advanced reports to identify trends and track system usage.
