Job summary

Corpay is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Louisville, KY, to resolve escalated incidents across new and legacy applications, collaborating with development teams. The role promotes client configurations to production from a certification environment and sets up standard and some custom reporting for clients.

You will work in a hybrid Louisville office model with monthly office visits, receive equipment, and undergo formal training to ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or professional degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years work experience in a related role.
• Familiar with SQL and web technologies, and able to collaborate in a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose issues in application systems.
• Plan and propose system and application solutions.
• Prepare workflow for writing, testing and maintenance of programs.
• Create and update user manuals and documentation.
• Conduct training and presentations and support existing applications.
• Night and weekend rotation required.
