Job summary

Responsibilities

• Proactively help customers quickly become productive with Xpedition PCB design tools.
• Provide support by phone, electronic means or on-site to help customers meet project deadlines.
• Engage with customers to understand and guide their PCB design methodology.
• Assist account teams with challenging customers to overcome issues.
• Interface with customers and engineering to provide feedback and solutions.
• Participate in meetings with customers, internally and externally.
• Develop customer-focused solutions and communicate them to customers.
