KWI is seeking an Application Support Analyst to help clients navigate our Back Office Merchandising System, Ecommerce Platform, CRM Platform, and other products. You will troubleshoot, research, prioritize a ticket backlog, and translate technical details for non-technical repeat clients.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in technical support, IT, or call center environment.
• Experience using Jira and related tools (Confluence, Jira Service Management).
• Experience handling tier 1 and 2 tickets.
• Retail ERP Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling Tier 1/2 tickets.
• Supporting the back-office merchandising system.
• Creating detailed development tickets with reproducible steps.
