Job summary

Solifi is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Alpharetta, GA, to triage, investigate and resolve issues across our financial technology products. This role involves remote support via Jira Service Management, phone and web meetings, and close collaboration with global teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in technical or application support with complex issue resolution.
• Experience supporting enterprise software and customer support teams.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting, asset/wholesale finance preferred.
• Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Solifi customers across products and versions.
• Log, triage and manage incidents and service requests; investigate root cause.
• Perform structured problem determination, analysis and troubleshooting.
• Provide timely updates and monitor requests through to resolution.
• Recommend solutions such as config changes, workarounds, or documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge base with repeatable processes and knowledge.
• Document business functions, data flows and processes.
