Job summary

Great American Insurance Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive strategy and delivery for the Cube API team. You will translate business needs into technical specs and work with engineering to ensure scalable, secure integration with PAS systems and consumer interfaces.

On-site a minimum of two days weekly with potential for three days remote; core in-office days are Tue and Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical product management experience.
• Certification in Lean methodologies preferred, with XP knowledge.
• User-Centered Design certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Define and drive product strategy aligning business objectives with technical innovation.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch with engineering teams.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
