Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Supervisor, Accounts Payable to lead end-to-end AP operations for designated business units, partnering with Genpact. Hybrid in Deerfield, IL with work-from-home Mondays and Fridays.

You will oversee outsourced provider performance, maintain SOX controls, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely payments. Requirements include 4+ years in AP, experience with SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft, and strong stakeholder collaboration across Finance and

4+ years of Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, internal controls, and accounting principles.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary relationship manager for the outsourced AP provider (Genpact).
Monitor AP performance metrics, identify service gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Lead regular operational reviews with Genpact to discuss performance results.
Oversee invoice processing, vendor maintenance, payment execution, and expense reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining controls.
Manage weekly and monthly payment activities (checks, ACH, wires).
Support the FBIN escheatment process for vendors and customers.
