Job summary

ExecuSource in Duluth, GA seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor – Expense Payables to oversee the daily operations of the expense payable function, ensuring timely, accurate processing of expense reports, corporate card transactions, and non-PO invoices.

This role leads a team of AP Coordinators and Specialists, supports offshore BPO, and drives month-end close, audits, and process improvements while maintaining KPIs and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable or related finance function.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall computer proficiency.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely processing of a high volume of indirect expense invoices in accordance with company policies and SLAs.
• Manage processing of expense reports, corporate card transactions, and non-PO invoices.
• Monitor daily production metrics, KPIs, SLAs, audit findings, and error logs to ensure performance and compliance.
• Ensure month-end close requirements are completed accurately and within AP deadlines.
