Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4Hana Accounts Payable and Concur T&E preferred.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate payables activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Develop and track process metrics to identify resource allocation and efficiency gains.
• Mentor, coach, and develop AP staff; ensure SLA adherence at close periods.
• Oversee vendor inquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies; ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare and review AP-related financial reports and reconciliations.
