A.C.Coy Company is hiring an AP Specialist in Pittsburgh in a hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 remote). Ideal candidates have 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience and strong vendor coordination skills. No sponsorship or C2C; work authorization required.

Responsibilities include maintaining vendor files, researching statements, processing AP checks, and providing excellent vendor service. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years AP experience in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
• Knowledge of AP software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain vendor files including 1099 maintenance
• Research vendor statements
• Review and process AP checks ensuring accuracy
• Provide outstanding customer service to vendors
• Print checks as needed and prepare checks for mailing
• Monitor the AP phone line and inbox, responding to requests in a timely manner
• Review, process, and sort incoming physical and electronic mail (for the AP department)
