CSafe seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor invoices, payments, master data, VAT reclaims, and month-end close from our Monroe, Ohio World Headquarters. This hybrid role collaborates with global teams and vendors, reporting to the Controller.

You will process invoices, perform PO matching, manage payments, and support internal controls while driving process improvements in a growing international business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of full cycle AP experience; international/multi-entity experience preferred.
• VAT reclaim experience and basic accounting understanding.
• Experience with Sage X3, Medius, and Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP).
• Strong communication and attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process 100+ invoices weekly in ERP and AP automation with accurate GL coding.
• Perform two and three way PO matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Route invoices for approval and process ACH, wire, check, and virtual card payments.
• Maintain vendor master data and verify banking changes to prevent fraud.
• Manage payment templates and ACH debit controls in bank portals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve open items, credits, and duplicate payments.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and global teams on inquiries.
• Close AP monthly and ensure postings by cutoff.
• Manage and provide the AP aging and research past due items.
• Report on unapproved invoices to support accruals.
• Gather and submit VAT reclaim claims and track recovery.
• Prepare annual 1099 reporting and assist audits.
• Train others on AP processes, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and drive AP process improvements and automation (Medius and e-payments).
• In-office requirement – three to four days a week.
