Job summary

CSafe is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Monroe, Ohio for a hybrid role that centers on AP processing, vendor management, and VAT reclaim. You will support month-end close and collaborate with global teams, reporting to the Controller.

The position offers in-office presence three to four days weekly, strong internal controls, and opportunities to improve AP processes with Medius and e-payments.

Qualifications

• Full cycle AP experience, 4–5 years.
• VAT reclaim experience.
• Multi-entity, international company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process 100+ invoices weekly with accurate GL coding.
• Route invoices for approval and process various payments (ACH, wire, check, virtual card).
• Maintain vendor master data and verify banking changes to prevent fraud.
