Job summary

CSafe, based in Monroe, Ohio, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a hybrid role. The position focuses on managing vendor invoices, payments, master vendor data, VAT reclaim, and monthly AP close while collaborating with global teams and ensuring internal controls.

You will process invoices, perform PO matching, route approvals, and manage payments via ACH, wire, and checks. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Full cycle AP experience and strong accounting fundamentals.
• VAT reclaim experience and international/multi-entity exposure is a plus.
• Experience with ERP and AP automation platforms; vendor communications.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to pull actionable AP reports.

Responsibilities

• Process 100+ invoices weekly with accurate GL coding.
• Perform two/three way PO matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Route invoices for approval and process payments (ACH, wire, check, e-payments).
• Maintain vendor master data and verify banking changes to prevent fraud.
• Close AP monthly and manage aging and accruals.
• Prepare VAT reclaim claims and support audits.
