Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Accounts Payable Operations Supervisor to oversee daily AP activities, including management of a third-party service provider responsible for invoice processing, GRNI, and exception management. You will act as the primary liaison between AP, business stakeholders and the vendor to ensure performance and internal controls.

The role partners with the Sr. AP Shared Services Manager to monitor performance, support governance, analyze KPI data,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
5+ years in Accounts Payable, P2P or shared services.
Experience with outsourced operations or BPO relationships.
Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs and reporting metrics.
Strong understanding of AP operations, three-way matching and internal controls.
Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
Strong verbal and written communication across levels.

Responsibilities

Vendor & Operational Management: primary contact for AP MSP; coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendor leadership.
AP Operations & GRNI Oversight: monitor performance, volumes, backlog, cycle times; support GRNI/reporting.
Issue Resolution & Performance Management: assist with issue resolution and root-cause analysis.
Reporting & Close Support: prepare KPI reports; support month-end close and intercompany reporting.
Continuous Improvement: drive process enhancements, automation and standardization; track actions.
