Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. in Bloomington, MN, is seeking an AP Operations Supervisor to oversee the Accounts Payable function, including management of a BPO provider, vendor governance, and KPI monitoring. Hybrid schedule with Minneapolis-area work.

You will collaborate with the Sr. AP Shared Services Manager, prepare performance reporting, support month-end close, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a detailed financial control framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable, P2P, shared services or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for the AP managed services provider.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Support GRNI monitoring, reporting and resolution activities.
• Prepare operational reporting, KPI analysis and performance summaries.
• Support month-end close and intercompany reporting.
