Job summary

Sagora is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to own the full AP cycle for our corporate and communities. You will handle invoicing, three-way matching, approvals, and payments, while maintaining vendor records and 1099s.

Work closely with a small accounting team and report to the Controller. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of full-cycle AP experience, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience (Yardi, MRI, Sage, NetSuite).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience across multiple entities or locations is preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP software (Yardi, MRI, Sage, NetSuite, or similar).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle: invoice intake, coding, three-way matching, approval routing, and payment processing.
• Print checks in batches and maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP aging; resolve discrepancies and short pays.
• Coordinate weekly payment runs and cash disbursement timing with Controller.
• Support multi-site communities with consistent AP procedures and documentation.
