Texas Roadhouse in Louisville, KY is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate II to join our Support Center. You will process high-volume invoices, resolve discrepancies, and prepare journal entries to keep our supplier payments accurate and on time.

Join a dynamic Accounts Payable team that supports 700+ restaurants and our Support Center, with a hybrid on-site schedule (minimum 3 days in the office) in Louisville.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with ERP systems a plus.
• Bonus points for Basware, D365, Fintech, or Concur.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices and payments accurately.
• Investigate vendor payment discrepancies and balance accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with restaurants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist with fixed asset processing and depreciation setup.
• Support process improvements like digital invoicing and supplier portals.
• Participate in cross-training and team initiatives.
