Jet Parts Engineering LLC is seeking a PT Temporary Accounting Specialist to support a private equity owned aerospace finance team in Seattle. The role covers accounts receivable, credit management, accounts payable, and various accounting tasks, requiring solid organizational and communication skills and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or accounting preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Distribution or manufacturing background preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable functions including receipts, cash application, invoice posting, collections and credit management.
• Handle accounts payable functions including invoice entry, PO three-way matching, and payment processing.
• Assist with internal and external financial and tax audits and documentation.
• Support other duties and special projects in the accounting department as needed.
