Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with cash application, account reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply customer payments and cash receipts to customer accounts.
• Process and record daily cash receipts from banking systems.
• Prepare AR reports and maintain supporting documentation.
• Support month-end close and reconcile AR subledger to General Ledger.
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding account activity.
