Responsibilities

• Learn all functional aspects of the team.
• Understand filing requirements to enable filing strategies and comprehensive estimates; research filings to ensure requirements are met.
• Ensure forms are compliant and supporting documentation is complete before submission.
• Coordinate with Contract Analysts and Implementation Specialists to ensure forms are installed in administrative systems as approved.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure filings meet business needs.
• Submit contract forms to insurance departments via electronic filing and obtain product approval timely.
• Provide research, documentation, and communications about regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain reference materials on filing requirements and approvals.
• Support the business on regulatory audits and examinations.
