Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, accounting operations or banking preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Learn processing of financial work items across platforms.
• Maintain detailed records and data integrity.
• Investigate escalated service requests and resolve issues.
• Monitor queues to meet SLAs and targets.
• Identify opportunities for automation or process improvements.
• Provide service that exceeds client expectations.
