Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst to support annuity contract management, regulatory filings, and product approval coordination. You will work with regulators and cross-functional teams to ensure filings are compliant and efficiently processed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent.
• Must know Microsoft suite of products with demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail, organization skills, and follow-up skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn all functional aspects of the team.
• Understand filing requirements to enable preparation of filing strategies and comprehensive estimates; perform research related to filings to ensure requirements are met; ensure forms are compliant and all supporting documentation is identified.
• Coordinate with direct team management, Contract Analysts and Implementation Specialists to ensure forms are installed in administrative systems per product specifications.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure filings and forms are compliant and meet business needs.
• Submit contract forms to insurance departments using an electronic filing system and work with regulators to obtain product approval in a timely manner.
• Provide research, documentation, and communications about regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain reference materials related to filing requirements, approvals, and other topics to support the business.
• Support the business on regulatory audits and examinations.
