Job summary

Rotary is seeking an Annual Giving Officer to cultivate donors and implement fundraising strategies for the Annual Fund in an assigned territory. You will counsel regional volunteers and support major gift prospects to advance the donor pipeline.

Hybrid role from Evanston HQ; travel 6-7 times yearly; Spanish fluency and fundraising experience preferred. Expect responsible donor stewardship and effective communication with volunteers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal to conduct presentations and provide consultation.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising strategies and resources.
• Coordinate and implement Annual Giving fundraising strategies in an assigned geographic territory.
• Prepare and disseminate resources and trainings on fundraising best practices.
• Collaborate with major and planned giving staff to upgrade giving levels.
• Create fundraising communications and donor correspondence.
