Haven House Services is seeking a Director of Annual Giving in North Carolina to lead the year‑round fundraising program. You will collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to plan campaigns, recruit volunteers, and steward donors across multiple giving channels.

The role demands strong writing, donor relations expertise, and the ability to drive strategic campaigns, with hybrid work expectations and a focus on maximizing donor engagement and impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with donor relationship management software and fundraising platforms.
• Excellent MS Office skills and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute annual campaigns including peer-to-peer, year-end, and executive challenge initiatives.
• Recruit and manage campaign leadership and volunteers; coordinate training and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build campaign collateral and fundraising tools; oversee donor stewardship.
• Identify corporate sponsorship prospects and coordinate with senior leadership on solicitations.
• Represent Haven House at events and drive donor engagement and cultivation.
