In this hands-on role, you will manage a 40-60 donor portfolio, develop multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with Marketing, and deploy data-driven approaches to increase donor engagement, participation, and revenue in support of Eastern's mission.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of fundraising experience with annual giving and donor cultivation.
• Experience planning and evaluating multichannel fundraising campaigns.
• Proven ability to solicit and steward donors to increase giving.

• Lead comprehensive annual giving strategy from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 40–60 annual and leadership donors; cultivate, solicit, and steward.
• Collaborate with University Marketing and Advancement Services to align branding and data insights.
• Leverage data, analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and donor engagement.
• Support Day of Giving, GivingTuesday, and special campaigns with integrated plans.
