Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and database applications; macros preferred.
• MicroStrategy reporting ability a plus.
• Detail oriented and able to analyze to a granular level.
• Able to work with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely allocations to support inventory plans.
• Develop allocation strategies with Planners and Buyers.
• Coordinate with stores and DC to ensure product availability.
• Monitor purchase orders and allocation effectiveness.
• Manage DC inventory to determine business needs.
• Recommend improvements to planning processes.
• Provide reports and ad hoc analyses to cross functional teams.
