We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Allocator II to join our Allocation and Merchandising Systems team. This position will report to the Associate Manager - Allocation and is focused on achieving one or more product categories and support the Planner in achieving company goals through inventory management for their assigned product categories. Candidate should be excited about learning the allocation tools and building new skills. Some retail experience and a strong math acumen preferred. This position is in a hybrid work arrangement from the Dublin California office.

The starting salary for this position is $68,203 - $80,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $90,000. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
