Hybrid work arrangement from our Dublin, CA office. Strong math, analytical skills, and 2 years retail experience preferred; Bachelor's degree required. Training on allocation tools will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and database applications; ability to create ad hoc reports with macros.
• Experience with Microstrategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely allocations to support inventory plans and store service levels.
• Collaborate with Planners and Buyers to develop allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with stores and DC to ensure product availability.
• Monitor purchase orders and allocation effectiveness; adjust as needed.
• Provide reports and ad hoc analysis to cross-functional teams.
