KnitWell Group is seeking an Allocation Analyst to optimize inventory by store, channel and size. You will connect with merchandising, planning, DC and field teams to align with financial plans and drive sales and margin.

You will analyze location strategies, manage lifecycles, and provide insightful size profiles for future buys. A hybrid work model with NYC office is offered, plus development opportunities and employee support programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, business, finance, statistics, operations or supply chain.
• 1–3 years in allocation or inventory analytics roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams to drive results.
• Data-driven approach to profitable outcomes.
• Proven comfort with forecasting and inventory analysis.
• Proficiency in systems like JDA, Oracle, SAP BO, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute allocation strategies by store, channel and size.
• Analyze location level performance to maximize sales, margin and productivity.
• Partner with planning, merchandising, DC/store ops and field teams.
• Provide size analysis and recommendations for future buys.
• Publish hindsight information and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Support cross-functional partners with analytics for business decisions.
