• Strong understanding of community health principles and cultural competency is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support community health representatives in their daily activities and outreach efforts.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate community health programs addressing local health needs and priorities.
• Coordinate training sessions and professional development for community health representatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, public health agencies, and community organizations to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor program outcomes and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient program operations.
• Serve as a liaison between the community, healthcare systems, and public health entities to foster communication and trust.
