Job summary

SmithGeiger Group seeks a senior AI leader to define and operationalize its long-term AI strategy across research, analytics, and client delivery. You will set architecture, governance, and scalable systems to transform workflows and capabilities for competitive advantage.

Leverage expertise in applied AI, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional leadership to guide the firm through organization-wide transformation and new client offerings. Hybrid work in the Los Angeles area is supported.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing research, data strategy, analytics, or related roles.
• Demonstrated leadership driving enterprise technology transformation in client services.
• Strong fundamentals in survey methodology, data quality, and insights communication.
• Experience designing scalable AI-enabled systems and enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture, model strategy, automation, and governance.
• Design AI-augmented workflows across the full research lifecycle.
• Lead build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling and platforms.
• Advise executives on AI investment priorities and risks.
• Collaborate with analytics, data viz, and product teams to elevate deliverables.
