Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Solution Development Manager to lead the technical delivery of AI-enabled solutions for Government and Infrastructure. You will oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, collaborating with EY teams and client stakeholders.

You will guide teams through solution design, development and integration of generative AI models, data sources, APIs, and cloud services, while ensuring quality and security.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to obtain and maintain a secret level clearance.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree and 6–8+ years of related professional experience.
• Must be comfortable working in-person in a hybrid environment.
• Experience leading the technical delivery of software, data, AI, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Hands-on development experience with Python and modern backend frameworks.
• Experience integrating generative AI models or services into applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and improvement of AI-enabled applications and components.
• Translate requirements into feasible solution designs and delivery plans.
• Provide hands-on technical direction for AI-enabled web applications and cloud services.
• Guide development across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Coordinate work across developers, data engineers, AI/ML specialists, designers, and delivery professionals.
• Review architecture, code, and deliverables to promote quality and consistency.
• Identify risks and blockers; work with leadership on resolution plans.
• Mentor Staff and Senior professionals and support their growth.
• Lead multiple workstreams with priorities and dependencies.
